Binksie Services have the capacity and capability to service repair and support our customers needs for complete mobile systems from PTO pumps, hydraulic cylinders, mobile valves, low speed high torque motors, complete hose ups, hydrostatic systems also including structural repairs to cranes, winches, earth moving and specialised equipment.
Installation of truck mounted cranes is our specialty, with computerised stability calculations and load calculations. Manual stability checks are performed on all cranes fitted in our workshop.
Binksie Services has the capability to design hydraulic circuits and provide schematic drawings for any specialised equipment you may require, repair and install specialised hydraulic equipment, e.g. wire winders, post-hole diggers and winches fitted to your designated chassis.
Binksie Services also operates a fleet of mobile service vehicles which have the capability to repair hydraulic hoses, hydraulic cylinders, and strip and rebuild hydraulic systems on site. Our service vehicles are fitted with hydraulic test units that can drive a small Palfinger crane to assist personnel in lifting up to 2 tonne. The hydraulic test units can also be used to test cylinders on site, or can be connected to your hydraulic equipment/ crane in breakdown situations, to enable lifting a crane leg into stowed position or position your crane/borer/cherry picker for transport back to our workshop for repairs.
