Practice Ethos
Partridge Street General Practice opened its doors in January 2014 with Dr Nick Mouktaroudis and Dr Nick Tellis as general practitioners and directors of the practice.
We have structured our practice differently because we care about you. We want to treat our patients holistically; looking at the bigger picture and addressing all aspects of patient health. We believe in promoting and maintaining wellness as well as treating disease. We believe that the current focus on band aid fixes to problems is flawed. Rather we aim to address the underlying causes of problems and promote sustainable health solutions.
We want to enable your active participation in setting and improving your own health outcomes.
By empowering you to take charge of your own healthcare and well-being, you get longer lasting and ongoing benefits to you and your family. By focusing less on quick fixes and symptom management and more on addressing underlying causes of problems, we achieve long term, real and powerful changes. We have made sure our practice structure complements this ethos.
Our aim is to create a high quality family general practice. We are a fully accredited General Practice and a dedicated teaching practice working with Flinders University and Sturt Fleurieu GP Training Program.
Our doctors are all specialist General Practitioners and Fellows of the Royal Australian College of General Practice.
