This very easy to fit Grill uses your existing Guard Frame. It has plenty of air flow and is made from Powder Coated Stainless Steel, not soft aluminium that will dent as soon as a stone hits it.
Just undo the one bolt, pull the Guard frame forward and lift it off the two top tabs. Stick the supplied rubber spacer to the top of the Oil Cooler itself (this and the bolt are what holds the Grill Mesh in place and prevents anything from touching the Cooler itself), fit the new Grill Mesh into your existing Oil Cooler frame, then push the bolt though the frame and mesh (leave the light blue plastic on the double-sided tape) and fit it back on. ( the hole in the mesh is sized so that the bolt actually "threads" into it holding it in place while you fit it back on.)
