South Gippsland Driver Education offers professional lessons in all aspects of driving and for all types of drivers. This includes L platers, change of vehicle (auto to manual), City driving for country residents, return from injury/illness - anything at all.
All lessons are taken by Don Gillies; apart from being a qualified and licenced driving instructor and member of the Australian Driver Trainers Association Don holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety. Our key focus at all times is on safety and our goal is to create a safety mindset in all our drivers that lasts for all their driving career.
For over 20 years Don has been a certified driving trainer for Ambulance Victoria, training new paramedics to drive safely and effectively in both emergency and non-emergency mode. He will be bringing that wealth of experience with him to train South Gippsland drivers using techniques and skills learned over years of instruction.
The ultimate goal of SGDE is to produce confident, competent and safe drivers out of every person we work with.
