The National Dinosaur Museum, now home to 12 new animatronic dinosaurs and an amazing new lifelike Dinosaur Garden provides enthusiasts of all ages with a hands on opportunity to "live" the age of the dinosaurs.
Be one of the lucky few to have touched both a genuine fossilised dinosaur bone and a remnant from another world, a 100kg meteorite. With 70 full skeleton and skull displays and easy-to-read, educational information panels suitable for all ages, the National Dinosaur Museum is one of Canberra's premier attractions.
The National Dinosaur Museum is not just a dinosaur museum. The exhibition covers the history of life on Earth, with fossils from the most primitive life, through to fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals and plants.
