Michelle's Piano Studio is a family run business located on Beamish St, in Campsie. It offers one to one piano tuition for persons of all ages, as well as group performance classes, and group theory classes for musicianship and to supplement HSC music courses.
Michelle has been teaching the pianoforte since 2000. She started learning at the age of 3, and attained her AMUSA in piano in 2002. She has undertaken additional studies at UNSW and has had taught in music schools such as Forte and the Music Practice. Michelle has trained AMEB examiner James Muir as well as jazz artist Lily Dior. Performing from a young age, Michelle has had experience playing with various ensembles and bands, and has accompanied for weddings and other instrumental AMEB exams. Although classically trained, Michelle is a versatile pianist and musician who can help you gear towards your AMEB exams, help you with your HSC music course, assist you in attaining confidence you need in performing/sight reading/aural, or simply to teach you the basics!
Anthony Yeoh is currently undertaking his BMus/BEd majoring in the pianoforte at UNSW. He has performed in various eisteddfods and concerts, and is currently studying under Colin Watts. Anthony is great with kids and values the importance of enjoying as you learn.
All teachers are registered with the AMEB and have completed a working with children check.
