The AKF is Australia's primary non-profit, non-government organisation dedicated to protecting wild Koalas and their habitat. Our efforts are currently focussed on getting a Koala Protection Act- a piece of national legislation protecting Koala trees. The Koala is on it's way to becoming extinct, and this is the only way to protect them. The Indooroopilly Senior Citizens Club is a community organisation that provides social services to the elderly community in Indooroopilly and the surrounding suburbs. The ISCC hosts a variety of activities including indoor bowls, card games, bingo, concerts, fashion parades, bus trips and morning teas.
