In February 2009, Pelikan Artline acquired Esselte Australia & New Zealand, adding well known brands such as Spirax, Esselte, Kevron, and Columbia to its range. Recently Pelikan Artline acquired Northfork Chemicals (Australia) Pty Ltd & Jasco Pty Ltd in February 2013 & April 2014 respectively. These acquisitions ensure Pelikan Artline remains one of the largest distributors of office products in the Australian and New Zealand markets. Pelikan Artline covers categories including writing instruments, notebooks, binding & lamination, visual communication, cleaning and janitorial supplies, as well as general stationery.

Pelikan Artline is the exclusive marketer of major brands including Artline, Spirax, GBC, Stabilo, Texta, Quartet, Penrite, Rapid, Columbia, Contact, Maped, Esselte, Kevron, Xstamper, Trodat and Colop and supports these brands with extensive marketing and promotional programs.
Employing over 230 people in any one of 8 locations across Australia and New Zealand, Pelikan Artline's head office is based in Kings Park in Sydney's western suburbs. The head office & warehouse has over 7,000 pallet spaces and includes a state of the art receiving and dispatch dock and well-appointed office facilities that will house over 110 staff. Erskine Park, in Sydney's west, is the second warehouse site, with over 17,000 pallet spaces. Queanbeyan, the home of Northfork Chemicals includes an additional 1,500 pallet spaces and uses Greenpower to manufacture all products including biodegradable surfactants.
