All Turf Solutions is a family business formed in 2001 by Duncan and Anne Swinton, who after a lifetime of working in the sports turf industry with green keeping and turf management, decided to set up a small turf farm/contracting business at Tamborine, providing instant turf solutions to residential and commercial customers.
We saw an opportunity & a hole in the market for a quality producer providing "excellence" in customer service. Our passion is to offer our customers the right advice when selecting a turf variety for their situation instead of just trying to sell the most expensive grass. We always put the customer?s needs first and we still practice this ethos everyday.
Daughter Cassie joined the business in 2014 working on the farm taking care of quality control and equipment operation.
Cousin Sarah also joined the team in 2014 looking after the exciting stuff, accounts! Sarah has a background in book keeping working in medium sized businesses in the city so the transition to the country has been challenging but fun for her.
Their son Daniel returned to the business in 2015 and is assisting in the operations and marketing, Daniel is a civil engineer with experience in construction, OH&S, project management, and design. Now his wife Sarajane has also joined in, handling the logistics and operations side, as well as front line for our customer service. Sara brings with her years of experience in logistics, customer service and management.
The team?s knowledge is second to none and coupled with the can do attitude that comes with running your own business it means the best possible outcome for all customers.
With a good reputation and grounding in turf management in South East Queensland, Duncan?s expertise has been retained by many high profile customers that they still service today. He has built a reputation for being an experienced, honest, and reliable contractor with good old fashioned values.
