Preparation for your painting project:
Before you call me give some thought to what you are after:
For inside the home, which interior rooms or surfaces do you want painted? Is it new work (e.g.. bare plasterboard) or previously painted. Look at the ceiling, ceiling roses, cornices, walls, trim areas, skirtings and architraves etc. Have you chosen your colours, and what type of paint you would like to use. I recommend you use the best paints.
Wallpaper Hanging:
I have many years of wallpaper installation experience, through dealing with some of the finest wallpapers around. You can take it for granted that I will do a quality job. Preparation of the walls is so important even though they will be covered, bumps and nicks will still show through. Sizing the walls gives longevity after all you want the wallpaper to stay up rather than peel.
Commercial Premises:
I have many years experience in providing painting solutions for commercial projects such as industrial shops, offices, hotels, and nightclubs including: Melbas On The Park Surfers Paradise and My Bar in Cavill Ave Surfers Paradise. From full exterior decorating or just front or side elevations, painting a staff room to full interior redecoration.
Meeting
I arrange a meeting at your convenience to discuss the painting work required, I then inspect the areas to be painted and document in detail the areas of work, any potential problems are discussed at the same time . If any other services are needed I am also happy to co-ordinate.
Written Painting Quotations:
My contact details. Your contact details. A clear description of the areas to be painted. What products and the quantities to be used. The colours that you have chosen. An estimation of how long these jobs will take & the entire project.
