FloorSeal Flake Floor
The Flake system is a decorative flooring system consisting of epoxy base coat, coloured chips and polyurethane finish coats specifically selected to compliment each other and form a permanently bonded, resilient, seam free, durable floor coating.
An Epoxy base coat is applied to the floor surface, blended coloured vinyl flakes are then broadcast into uncured base coat.
After overnight cure has occured, the flakes are sealed with a number of clear coats to provide a hard wearing finish.
FloorSeal Self Levelling Epoxy
The Self Levelling Epoxy is a decorative epoxy flooring system consisting of primer and top coat. This system utelises an advanced solvent free epoxy resin system.
It has: smooth impervious surface for easy cleaning and hygiene, excellent resistance to chemicals and abrasion, low odour during application
Two primer coats are applied to the floor surface, when cured single coat of top coat is trowelled to a typical thickness of 2-3 mm.
FloorSeal Premium SF
A 100% non volatile Epoxy Resin / Curing Agent combination available in a wide range of colours and non slip finishes.
This product provides an attractive, seamless floor coating which is chemical resistant, impervious and easy to clean.
Two primer coats are applied to the floor surface, when cured single coat of top coat is trowelled, squeegeed or rolled to a typical thickness of 1 mm.
This product provides both accelerated cure and recoat times, enabling rapid turn around.
FloorSeal Floor-Enamel
A two part Epoxy full gloss paint yielding a tough, chemical resistant, durable surface for concrete floors in workshops, food preparation areas, and other areas requiring superior abrasion and soiling resistance.
This product is applied using roller and spray.
