My service is specific to your needs and all sessions are hard work, varied but also enjoyable. I also provide a weekly home program based on your goals and provide nutritional information. I like to fitness assess new clients which is a sub-maximal cardio test and measurements covering weight, body fat, muscle mass and bone mass. I usually re-do the same test every 6-8 weeks so we can monitor your progress.
