We provide personal training, gym memberships, supplements, massage, nutritional consultations, programs and assessments, body building competition preparation.
Personal Training - Our experienced Trainers will discuss your needs, goals, limitations, diet, exercise history, then design and administer a progressive based program tailored for you. You will be required to do additional exercise sessions as set by your trainer, make changes were necessary to your diet, log your progress and commit to change.
Gym Membership - Includes access to all gym equipment, an orientation on how to use the equipment and guidelines on how to effectively train for your individual goals. For an additional cost, one of our experienced Trainers can tailor a program for you and provide regular updates to keep you on track.
Assessments - Includes weight, body fat, muscle percentage, BMI, basal metabolic rate, visceral fat, body measurements, flexibility, posture, fitness, strength and core evaluations. Our expert Trainers will then give you guidelines on how to improve the areas that require work and can taylor a program for you at an additional cost if required.
Therapeutic Massage - Uses a variety of trigger point, orthopedic, myofascial and medical massage techniques plus stretching designed to treat injuries, ease muscle tension and reduce muscle spasm and pain.
Remedial Massage - A massage designed to help recovery from mild to moderate injuries.
Nutritional Programme - You will be required to keep a food diary for 7 days to be discussed during your session, where your eating habits, likes and dislikes will be discussed and a healthy, nutritional diet plan will be created for your individual needs.
BodyBulding Competiton Preparation - Learn how to pose to show your best physique to the judges, tanning preparation, routine choreography, nutritional plans, competition training and assessments.
