GT Fitness & Performance emerged at an unlikely time in the first wave of the pandemic in 2020. During this most crucial time, where people needed to stay active and when a lot of gyms were permanently closing, we took the time to hone in on our passion.
We helped countless people get started on their well-being journey. Not only did this give our team hope to not give up, but it cemented our core values of; health, knowledge, greatness and quality. We strived in an unprecedented time and worked within our parameters to create one hell of a fitness orientated community.

We create personalised training plans for all of our clients that are designed to support you in all aspects of your health and fitness such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, hydration and of course workout plans.
Our consultations are set up so that we can get a proper understanding of your goals and to give you a roadmap on how we will achieve them. Through this process, your personal trainer will take you through a nutrition and lifestyle assessment, as well as a physical screening assessment to ensure that we train you both safely and effectively.
Our aim is to provide you with the highest standard of personal training and give you the best experience possible. We truly believe that our sessions are the best as our ideology is to always keep learning and growing.
