We use a lot of movement in our sessions as we find that a baby on the move is a happy baby so more often than not the babies are happy to stay in their pram while we workout. As well as the fitness aspect the Pram Fitness training program is a great opportunity to spend some all important social time with other mums and feel comfortable to work out with lots of mums in the same position as you! As a mum we know a lot of us struggle with finding time to do things for ourselves, with this in mind when you come to Pram Fitness you can bring your baby so you dont have to rely on finding a babysitter or feeling bad about leaving your baby in a crche with someone you dont know after all your baby is the most important thing is your life so you want to know they are safe, happy and right near you!
