PERSONAL TRAINING
Elizabeth offers one on one personal training as well as semi private and small group sessions. All personalised training sessions are conducted at Five Dock in small boutique studio in Sydney with the bonus of a roof top for outdoor sessions and city views. Her personal philosophy is all about making realistic changes, each day that over a period pave the way for long term success. The sessions are based on science, exercises that work and give you the most bang for your buck. She educates her clients to train smarter, not harder or longer than necessary.
Sessions cost $50 to $90 depending on session length.
PILATES MAT
Pilates offers a gentle but challenging workout. Elizabeth is qualified classical pilates mat and focuses on ensuring the client gets the most out of the exercises by ensuring the correct muscles are being activated to encourage correct movement and posture. Pilates lengthens and strengthens your muscles while building stamina and strength. After a pilates session walk away feeling taller and more calmer but energised! Focusing on flexibility, core strength, balance and mobility, Pilates uses your own body weight for resistance. Pilates is also suitable for those with injuries. Elizabeth is well trained at understanding how to accommodate for injuries as well as can work with you in your rehab and just as important ,works with clients in injury prevention.
NUTRITIONIST CONSULTS
Elizabeth is a trained and practising clinical nutritionist. Elizabeth will sometimes utilise:
Food as medicine offering practical dietary advice, treatment protocols, recipes, food ideas/inspiration.
Nutritional formulations and supplementation are prescribed as needed to achieve specific therapeutic outcomes.
