Our training method is diverse incorporating strength, cardiovascular, functional training in our programs. Our priority is to save you money providing the best possible service. Our Personal Training service is performed in two ways a conventional one on one approach and a one on many approach, both Personal Training services are aimed at training clients individually and Holistically to enable you to achieve your goals. Our one one one approach is when it is simply just client and trainer in the Studio, there is no-one else for added privacy and or added focus. Our One on many approach, is where the trainer simply manages up to 15 clients at the same time but each client is training according to his or her capacity and or level of fitness and strength, our sessions are 30 minutes in length to provide time efficiency because we understand that our clients may lead busy lifestyles, our training sessions have been very successful and are managed from the moment you come in until the time you have to leave, you do not have to think or plan it is all done for you.​ Our nutritional planning is focused on many aspects, nutrition is an area that seems very simple but may be complex if the issue is of a metabolic disorder. Both men and women can suffer many metabolic disorders and it is very important that we conduct thorough testing before we prescribe and make nutritional changes so you are always achieving your goals, especially if your goal is to lose body fat, this is so you do not constantly fluctuate in weight and become frustrated. To manage results we provide you with a body composition test which analyses the amount of muscle, body fat you have.
