At Pram Fitness you can bring your baby and we will incorporate the pram into a great workout for you, while you know your baby is safe, happy and right near you. We use a lot of movement in our sessions as we find that a baby on the move is a happy baby so more often than not the babies are happy to stay in their pram while we workout. As well as the fitness aspect the Pram Fitness training program is a great opportunity to spend some all important social time with other mums and feel comfortable to work out with lots of mums in the same position as you!
