Who is Ignite Boxing?

We are health and fitness coaches and we are here to help you reach your goals. We believe that no two fitness requirements and health goals are the same. Your goal may be to lose weight, strengthen particular areas of your body or you simply need time out for yourself from your busy lifestyle.
What we do?

We have classes during the week at different times to suit your daily schedule. We will enrich your fitness program by implementing tailored routines and effective strategies by diet, exercise and most importantly, monitoring your progress according to your cardiovascular development and weight achievements. We use training styles such as boxing circuit training cross fit.
Who can join Ignite Boxing?

Everyone is welcome to join. Young, old, fit or unfit, parents and children. We will take in consideration your age, physical and mental state when we are working with you to ensure you are not disadvantaged in any way.
