It all starts with a FREE 1 Hour Taste and Test session
Taste: Try out a new way of thinking and exercising guranteed to get you out of your fitness rut.
Test: Full health and fitness profile inc Anthropometric tests, fitness tests, Dexa body composition(Tanita Scales give measures of body fat %, muscle mass, bone density, energy requirements/day required to maintain your current weight)
FL (Fitness Learner)
You see the trainer 1-3 times a week depending on your needs and availabilities.
FP1 (Fitness Provisional 1)
You see the trainer on a fortnightly basis, begin to do more sessions on your own.
FP 2 (Fitness Provisional 2)
You see the trainer once a month and do predominantly all sessions on your own.
FFL(Full Fitness Licence)
You see the trainer once every 6 months for the next 2 years as a check up to make sure you are still on track.
To progress from level to level you will need to prove that you have beaten your fitness goal set for that level.
Rates:
$50/session or $20/session for Students
Where do we train?
Either at our fully functional home gym, located 6 minutes from the CBD or a park in your local vicinity or if convenient at your own home.
