For those who wish to take advantage of the benefits of personal instruction in their pursuit of health, fitness and bodybuilding, I would like to offer my services.
By way of background, I am 37 and have an Assoc. Diploma, Applied Science (Sport and Recreation Servicing) from the Uni. of NSW. I am registered with Fitness Australia as a qualified Level IV Personal Trainer/Gym Instructor providing instruction on a one-to-one basis in the fields of weight training, fat loss, stretching, cardiovascular conditioning and nutritional advice. In regard to the latter I have successfully completed studies in Sports Nutrition with the College of Naturopathic and Traditional Medicine. I have had 16 years active experience in the fitness industry and a lengthy involvement with soccer, athletics and swimming. I currently train my clients at four major facilities - the Observatory Hotel Health Club (a 16 year association), City Gym (15 years), King George V Health Club and the Four Seasons Hotel Health Club. For those who like to include outdoor training in their regimen, I utilise the open spaces of Centennial Park, the Botanical Gardens, the Domain and Observatory Hill at The Rocks.
Past and present clients have often told me how much their training programme has enhanced their performance in other fields of activity. They, like you, invariably have heavy commitments (usually business) and need to achieve the optimum results in the limited time they are able to devote to their physical well-being. This is all about knowing the right way to train, the safe and correct techniques, and, just as importantly, having fun and enjoying your time in the gym.
My fees including GST are $88.00 for a one hour training session and $110.00 for a two-person shared session. I accept bookings between 6.30am and 8.30pm Mon. to Fri. and 8.00 to 7.00pm Sat.
