GT Fitness & Performance emerged at an unlikely time in the first wave of the pandemic in 2020. During this most crucial time, where people needed to stay active and when a lot of gyms were permanently closing, we took the time to hone in on our passion.
We helped countless people get started on their well-being journey. Not only did this give our team hope to not give up, but it cemented our core values of; health, knowledge, greatness and quality. We strived in an unprecedented time and worked within our parameters to create one hell of a fitness orientated community.

Our consultations are set up so that we can get a proper understanding of your goals and to give you a roadmap on how we will achieve them. Through this process, your personal trainer will take you through a nutrition and lifestyle assessment, as well as a physical screening assessment to ensure that we train you both safely and effectively.
