I specialise in one on one personal training helping clients achieve their weight loss, muscle gain and fitness goals. I am currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and work as a nutrition coach, dealing one on one with clients providing nutrition advice and support in order to achieve various goals including weight loss, increased energy levels, weight gain and nutrition for performance. I love outdoor training and I conduct group training sessions incorporating boxing and boot camp style training in a fun, motivating and friendly atmosphere!
