Personal training is a one on one educational workout, focusing solely on your personal health and fitness goals.
Private training is a motivating and cost effective session as the cost is shared between the group of 2-4 clients, exercising with friends/family motivates and encourages everyone through your support network
Also included in these services is an at home exercise program written just for you with your goals in mind, and every 4-6 weeks a series of fitness assessments are recorded e.g. weight, blood pressure, measurements etc and a series of exercise testing, to show your health and fitness goals are being achieved.
I am also able to assist you in nutritional information during each session.

A little about me
Hi my name is Kim Benson and I am the owner and operator of Use It 2 Lose It personal training, I am a fully qualified, registered and insured personal trainer, gym instructor and group fitness instructor. I am registered with Fitness Australia an insured with MARSH Insurance.
I have a sports background in Tumbling-Trampoline Sports (National level), Spring Board Diving (State level), Swimming (State level), Triathlons and Cross Country Running.
