Hi, my name is Fernando Coelho and I am a personal trainer with more than 15 years of experience as an athlete, personal trainer and sports coach, in Australia and abroad. I am dedicated to helping people achieve their unique health goals. It is with this in mind that I have developed an approach to fitness that involves structuring a balanced lifestyle around healthy meal plans, continuous motivation and a diverse range of training packages.
My sporting experience covers areas of fitness such as Football,
Jiu Jitsu, Volleyball, Athletics, Crossfit and Powerlifting.
Our classes are based in a conventional gym, CrossFit training and also programs developed for MMA fighters.
Do not worry about your fitness level. In our classes, we have people from 16 to 60 and you will have total attention in your session.
We offer personalised one-on-one and group training sessions, with a focus on specific areas which our clients want to change and improve. We specialise in body toning, power lifting, weight loss, functional training and pro-athlete training.
