In order to do this movements are specific to each clients goals, abilities and circumstances, with a strong focus on realistic lifestyle amendments.
OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP - With SOS, training is focused on general wellbeing and fitness. NO tyres, NO kettlebells NO hard-core equipment. All training is conducted in a safe environment using an appropriate exercise selection for all levels. THIS IS NOT A MILITARY STYLE BOOTCAMP.
