We make use of a range of equipment including olympic bars and plate weights, tyres, sleds, ropes, kettlebells, sand bags, hammers, boxes, slam balls and much more! All sessions are designed to help you achieve real results, while being accesible to everyone at all fitness levels.
PERSONAL TRAINING is conducted at 2/29 Clarence St, Coorparoo. We offer 1 on 1, 1 on 2 and small group Personal Training for those with specific needs and goals and those in need of individualized training programs and nutritional support. Services include:
