Bring your baby / toddler and enjoy this motivational small group class (max. 5) that is perfect for the beginner post pregnancy or new mum looking to increase fitness.

Yogalates Group
CONNECTION . PEACE . ESCAPE
Enjoy this restorative Yogalates class that focuses on the core and spine using a Yoga / Pilates fusion of exercises. We work with a Pilates foundation to improve core strength and balance it out with Yoga elements for improved flexibility and breathing techniques. Great for anybody wanting a slower exercise class (but we can always make it more challenging too), or someone looking for a way to relax and still connect with the body through exercise. Enjoy a refreshing, outdoor environment and finish the class in shavasana, blissing out to the smell of doTERRA essential oils. This is a child-free class so you can totally relax.
