If doing burpees in a group isnt really your thing and you prefer a more personalised service whilst you sweat, then a High NRG one-on-one personal training session is exactly what you are after. Our personal training sessions will be specifically designed to suit your goals whether its to improve your running, lose weight, get stronger or increase the guns! Like our Bootcamps the sessions it will always be varied (and fun) and therefore effective in ensuring your body is constantly adapting i.e. giving you the results you want! If the thought of spending 30 minutes alone with someone who exercise for a living is a little disconcerting for you, then bring a friend along for a High NRG Pairs session. Training in a pairs sessions will still incorporate hills and perhaps a burpee or two from time to time though, you cant get away from them that easily. Personal training sessions are all held either indoors in our Water Street studio or at the adjacent park on Water Street if the weather permits.
