Boost Health & Fitness provide opportunities to exercise in an outdoor environment that is non-competitive and fun. We have classes every day of the week early in the morning, at a convenient time for parents, straight after school drop off and in the evening for busy people.
All our sessions are run by qualified personal trainers and the group size is limited to guarantee each participant receives individual attention.

- to manage weight and improve your heart health and core workouts

All sessions are run at the Grange Lawn Tennis Club, Kentdale St, Grange.
