A-lish Fitness is dedicated to helping its clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
As a personal trainer, my aim is to help my clients reach their goals while supporting, mentoring and motivating them along the way.
I hold a current qualification in personal training with my Certificate III & IV in Fitness and have been running my own business for over 3 years. I am registered with Fitness Australia and hold both up to date CPR and Senior First Aid Certificates.
I currently run 3 indoor group fitness sessions in Moana at the Moana Pioneers Memorial Hall, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday all at 6am for 1 hour.
- Monday is a weights and cardio circuit workout.
- Wednesday morning is a full on boxing workout.
- Friday is a bootcamp inspired workout.
I also run evening classes at the Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre every Monday and Wednesday night at 6:30pm for 1 hour.
- Monday night is a full on boxing workout.
- Wednesday is a weights and cardio circuit workout.
The classes are open to people aged anywhere between 16 and 50 year old. As long as you are able to run, jump, lift weights and get your heart rate up you are suited for my classes. Classes are designed for beginners and people with advanced fitness levels. Maximum class participants is 20. You must contact me before your first session as places are limited and fill up fast!
