Cardio Blast (CB)
This class offers a high intensity interval workout with pumping music to keep you motivated. 45 minutes of interval training using cardio equipment, boxing, athletic exercises, and body strength. This class will increase your fitness and burn those calories. Designed to suit clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Cycle Extreme (CX)
A high intensity interval based cycling program choreographed to powerful and motivational music.
Abs, Butt, and Thighs (ABT)
A combination of core strength and lower body sculpting. This class focuses on developing and strengthening the abdominals, toning your lower body, and burning lots of calories.
Core Strength, and Stability
This class is focused on developing your abdominal strength and improving your posture and balance. Mats provided.
Outdoor Fitness Challenge (outdoor)
Our Fitness Challenge is conducted on the Esplanade WITHOUT the sand and drill sergeant commands. This class is designed to continually challenge the individual. This class will improve your cardio fitness, strength, endurance, and agility. If you are up for some fun and a challenge, this is the class for you!!
Full Body Conditioning (FBC)
A complete full body strength/cardio workout. This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness, strengthen all muscle groups, and burn maximum calories.
Boxing For Fitness
Boxing is for everyone!! This class incorporates power, speed, and endurance training to tone, shape, and strengthen your body. It adds a variety to your fitness routine and can be tailored to your needs. With the guidance of a qualified personal trainer, you will learn to box safely in a fun and friendly group environment, burn those calories and build your fitness.
