I have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry since 1993 and am passionate about the benefits of physical activity and the significant contribution it makes to a happier and healthier lifestyle. To do this I have developed an extensive network of medical and allied health practitioners including Physiotherapy (St. John?s and The Repat), General Practitioners, Podiatrists, Osteopaths among other, to whom I refer clients, and from whom I take referrals. Having productive partnerships is critical to providing a holistic approach in configuring exercise programs to ensure optimal outcomes for our vulnerable clients so that their individualise exercise programs best meets their needs and supports their engagement in self management of the physical fitness. An important strategy involves providng structures and process that enable clients to participate in local events, such as fun runs/walks.
