Remedial treatments or Pre event, post event and midweek recovery massage to maintain your body throughout the season. Massage helps improved blood flow and nutrient delivery to your muscles, efficient clearing of harmful metabolic byproducts, tension reduction in your fascia, reduction of your scar tissue, improved tissue elasticity and improvements in your tissue's ability to absorb nutrients, also known as micro-circulation.
Group Fitness Sessions are limited to 10 people per group, These fun, friendly sessions are kept small so that everyone is getting the most out of their workout and learning/using great technique.
Group sessions are different every day, weights and cardio circuits & boxing are favourites, by mixing up what we do in sessions no one has the chance to get bored with their workouts and you are guaranteed a well-balanced, full body workout.

One on one private training where you are my only focus, I can personalise a programme that is specialised to your individual needs, I have experience with clients as varied as Footballers, mummies and older adults, my youngest regular client is a 16 year old elite Footballer and my oldest is an 90 year old. I can plan a programme for anyone.
This is a popular choice for people just getting into training so they feel comfortable training before progressing to group sessions or going to the gym.

Each week I have the pleasure of training the Bannockburn Older Adults Activity Group through a session of weight bearing resistance work and mild cardio designed for the more mature body.
