Hi, my name is David owner and personal trainer at David Nicolle Fitness. My goal is to get you in the best damn shape you've ever been and to help you easily keep it that way. I run my training out of RMIT University's gym in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation fields, a Bachelor of Exercise Science as well studying Clinical Exercise Physiology at a post graduate level I am well versed in the anatomy, physiology and the research side of health and fitness.
All of this means nothing if I can not help you reach your goals and we will achieve this through individualised, sensible and effective strategies. I want you to enjoy your workout, feel comfortable in the gym and feel good about yourself. Whether you're overweight, stressed out, time poor, have some prior injury or pain or maybe you just want to get back to doing the things you used to be able to do.
