Scales Fitness, a registered personal training business, was set up by Daniel Scales. Daniel commenced as a gym and aerobics instructor after studying Exercise Physiology. He established Scales Fitness so that he could focus further on his clients and give them a more professional and personalised service. Since then, Scales Fitness has grown into a well rounded training company, offering a variety of services and environments to meet client's personal requirements.
At Scales Fitness, our goal is to provide a fun, friendly, informative and above all professional environment. We understand that every client has individual needs, so whatever your health or fitness objective - weight loss, event training, toning, strength, flexibility or general well-being - we will help you get there.

And to ensure that you are able to continue to train at your optimum capacity, we have health practitioners qualified in massage, Chinese medicine, acupuncture and sports rehabilitation that can all be included within your training regime.
