I started working as a Personal Trainer back in 2011 after completing my Cert IV in Fitness as Australian Institute of Fitness, I quickly realized that this 3 month part time course did not arm me well enough to train my clients to there full potential, I decided I needed to further my education and took it upon myself to I to get a Diploma of Fitness after 1 year of full time study and additional work experience as an assistant strength and condition for the M1 State Swimming Squad and the Australian Hearing Impaired Basket Ball Team, I graduated with my Diploma at the end of 2013
I chose to work from a studio as this allowed me the freedom to train in a unique way that I believe will better benefit my clients, by incorporating traditional and progressive training elements into my programs allows my clients the freedom to move and train in a way that benefits them
With a Diploma of Fitness and more than 4 years? experience as a qualified Personal Trainer, yet you will find my varied and adaptable skill set is continually developing as I grow with each and every client as well as completing continued education credits each year.
A lot of my experience and knowledge comes from my own interest and participation in sports such as Rugby, Soccer and Cross Country Running as well as my own rehabilitation in 2002, where a severe brain injury left me the task of re learning and understanding how to perform the basics of everyday life that we often take for granted such as walking and talking
