Midas Touch gives me the opportunity to utilise, innovative strategies to identify what my clients truly expect from me as a trainer, and then by applying my own methodologies develop individualised packages.
I have developed an excellent platform, for me to educate my clients, and help them understand the importance of exercise and nutrition.
What I can also provide is the motivation, to support clients to the next level and see them making progress which they may not be able to make on their own. This alone gives me a great sense of achievement.
Midas Touch is a well rounded program, which includes thorough fitness assessment, strengthening and conditioning, supportive weight loss techniques and nutritional advice.
I pride myself on open communication, with all my clients and at any time if they feel they want to alter their program we do so at any time.
Finally and most importantly excercise is great fun! People enjoy the tasks that I set for them and it does not feel like hard work. Therefore my clients are getting fit at the same time, as they are improving their health!
