We specialize in 6 month health and fitness programs that are specifically designed for the individual who is ready to make a permanent positive health and fitness change to their lifestyle. Over 6 months (26 weeks), you'll perform 5 X 45 minute training sessions each week (Monday-Friday) striving to achieve the goals you set out for yourself.
Every detail of your 6 month program is thoroughly and individually planned, from progression in exercises to nutritional guidance, ensuring the most personal experience possible. The program's training sessions cater for 1 - 4 people and are performed at Gordon Barnard Reserve in North Balwyn (Eastern suburbs training location). Further locations are considered on a case by case basis.
