I started "Red Hill Personal Training" a home based business in 2007 and have never looked back. Initially it started with friends and has grown from there, mostly through word of mouth and some advertising at the local school to a successful business that I am very proud of. I am still providing a service to many of the same clients that started with me in 2007. Training clients over the years I have learnt a lot about what people want from exercise and how to keep them coming back for more. Most importantly it needs to be fun, challenging enough on the body to create some muscle adaptation but not to severe that they are unable to move for days, it's all about the right balance and what the clients want. My client base ranges from 10 to 90 years of age, I am just thrilled to be able to keep people exercising and enjoying it at any age or ability. Exercise to me is the best medicine in the world; it keeps my pain and stiffness away and gives me the endorphin release you can't get from a pill. I now feel fitter and stronger than I ever have in my life. I enjoy passing this motivation and knowledge on and love seeing my clients reach their health and fitness goals.
In this world of computer technology, convenience and fast foods we must make a conscious decision to keep fit and eat healthy. This will enable us to live longer, happier, stronger, healthier lives, achieve your fitness goals and eradicate or lessen the older age ailments that come from bad eating choices and sedentary lifestyles. I wish to share my motivation, knowledge and love of fitness with everyone, so they can reach their goals, and become physically and mentally stronger to cope with whatever life throws at you.
