Wu-style T'ai Chi Ch'uan, or simply T'ai Chi Wu provides a low-impact way of building core strength and high levels of fitness, mindfulness and moving meditation, a better immune system and increased awareness of the Self, and the world around us.
As a starting point, beginners will be taught the T'ai Chi Wu 'long form' and associated breathing and stretching techniques to help develop inner quietness, focus, physical relaxation and higher energy levels. Together we can develop your own personal practice to better remedy those feelings of disconnection and fatigue, build up your qi, or life force, and begin a journey of transformative self development.
I have been practicing T'ai Chi Wu for over 20 years and have the fortune of following in the footsteps of my father Bruno Pasqualini (a master of 40+ years experience) and his Chinese teachers who learned and passed on the art meticulously and honourably.
Weekly Wednesday classes are now underway and take place between 6:30 - 7.30pm at the serene Australian Shiatsu College, 103 Evans Street, Brunswick.
T'ai Chi Wu will be taught in two semesters (four terms), throughout 2016. Intake for Semester 1 2016 will be open until the 6th of April, so if you'd like to join us please get in touch asap to secure your place.
Each session costs $18 and a discount is available for payment of a whole Semester.
Give yourself a break from the hectic life. Get in touch and come along for a truly calming. centering, restorative and inspiring workout. Your body, mind and soul will thank you!
