Group Personal Training
With an emphasis on Weight Loss, Strength/Conditioning, Functional Movement, Motivation and all round 'Lifestyle' changes for a healthier you.
Sessions consist of 5 weeks Training, 3 mornings per week. (Mon Wed Fri @ 6am) and 2 mornings per week (Tues & Thurs @ 6am)
Evening session are currently held at 6pm Mon & Wed nights whilst in daylight savings.
Training takes 45mins and is held indoors/outdoor location in Shepparton and surrounding areas.
(15 sessions in total - Frost, Heat or Rain - WE TRAIN)
Personal Training Groups are capped so that everyone gets the personal experience. Training s suitable for ALL fitness levels.

BioSignature Practitioner - (Skin Fold Testing, Analyses of your Hormonal Profile, Nutritional Guidance, Supplementation recommendations and training protocols to assist with fat loss, weight gain, muscle mass and overall lifestyle changes)
Certificate III & IV in Fitness
PunchFit (Pads) Instructor Certified
