My name is Emma, and I'm your local Group Outdoor Personal Training expert at Step into Life Mornington. Having been a member of Step into Life for four years prior to becoming a qualified Personal Trainer, I've been lucky enough to experience the benefits of Group Outdoor Personal Training for myself. As a Step into Life member, my fitness levels improved as I achieved goals I'd previously never thought possible, and my dream of running my first full marathon came true thanks to all of the support I received through my group personal training at Step into Life. Most importantly, I met an amazing group of people and made friendships that will last a lifetime as we trained together outdoors and motivated each other to achieve our health and fitness goals.
