I am a freelance, mobile personal trainer who will come to a space that suits you, be it a home gym, park or workout space in your house or backyard. I can help you to achieve your goals of weight loss, flexibility, muscle tone, or just general overall fitness. Using my background in dance, pilates, the Alexander technique along with my training in conventional personal training methods, I will create a personally tailored and dynamic program for you. I am very focused on my Clients posture and alignment to ensure exercise is safe and effective, and also so you understand how to fix any bad habits that can lead to injury or chronic pain in everyday life. I want to create long, lean muscles for you, boost your energy levels and make you look and feel fantastic.
The initial motivation to improve fitness will vary from person to person and some people will be seeking rapid weight loss for a special event. However my ultimate goal is always to effect a gradual shift in your lifestyle ? I want you to be able to maintain your ideal body by yourself. For some people this can take only a couple months, others will like help for longer.
I am a friendly, personable and motivating person who doesnt think a personal trainer has to be shouty or intimidating. I want you to have fun and be comfortable with me while you are working as hard as you possibly can. I am a qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist. I have just moved to Perth from a successful career in London, England with my Aussie husband.
We will set a time to work around your schedule and frequency of sessions will depend on your goals and time constraints. If desired, I can also help you with nutrition and other aspects of your lifestyle. The sessions are usually 1 hour in length but again can be altered depending on your needs.
