Hi my name is Sev, I am a 23 year old footballer playing in the Western Australian Football League (WAFL) and am also attending University studying to become a High School PE teacher. In the last 2 years, I have specialised in training a wide variety of people who all have different fitness levels, ranging from mums, dads, kids and teenagers as well as professional footballers and other athletes. Having been in at WAFL level for over 4 years, I have gained valuable knowledge on how to become a fitter and healthier person.
My aim for you is to become the best you can possibly be! If you're already in amazing shape, I can take you further with my innovative training techniques.
I'm an easy going person who enjoys a laugh, but am strict when it comes to getting results. There is nothing more important to me than to keep my clients on track so they can achieve their goals within a desired timeline whilst keeping it fun!
I have a fully functional studio set up at my home in Padbury. This way you can avoid the overcrowding, highly priced commercial gyms and feel comfortable in this private environment. I pride myself in having successfully changed the lives of many people over the two years I have been in personal training.
