Graeme Black, owner of Black2Basic Fitness is a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer, Pad Work Cardio Instructor and a MTT accredited Outdoor Group Training Instructor.
Graeme offers his skills and knowledge gained from years of personal commitment to health and fitness, to all age groups with varying fitness levels and goals.
Outdoor Group Training is Graeme's passion as it combines fun, variety and team building, in the outdoor environment. Safe, basic, functional training principles are applied to assist clients achieve their goals. Sessions are conducted all year round on a daily basis and usually run in five week blocks.Beginner sessions are offered for those that are new to or haven't been involved in physical fitness for some time. Clients are eased back into activities with a lot of focus on getting the body functioning the way it should to help in daily living. A full health screen is conducted on all new clients. Fitness tests are performed at the beginning and end of each course to monitor clients progress.
Outdoor boxing classes are run weekly. This is a great way to get fit, gain skills, coordination and have fun all at the same time.
Graeme also offers one on one Personal Training and uses to same training principles used in his Outdoor Group Sessions.
One on One training can target the specific goals of the individual client such as weight loss, fitness, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning or sport specific.
