One Health Clinic is located on the Mid North Coast of NSW, providing Osteopathic care, physiotherapy and Remedial massage therapy treatment to a wide variety of issues and people, with diverse ailments such as, back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, sporting injuries, recurring problem areas and other minor aches and pains. Whether these problems are caused by an injury, postural over-strains or general aches and pains as a result of work, stress or the trials of daily life, we aim to help get you back to a functional, happy and pain-free life.
