At Physio You our mission is to provide an individually tailored approach to assessment, diagnoses and treatment of our patients ensuring maximum health and wellbeing. Our fully equipped studio is located at Casuarina in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
Our Physiotherapists will always offer one on one hands-on treatment that is specific to your needs. Initial assessment duration is 30-45 minutes to ensure a thorough understanding of patient injury and history is obtained. Patients will always receive a minimum of a 30-minute one on one treatment session any time you visit us. We are patient focused and recovery oriented.
Your treatment will always be individually tailored using the latest evidence informed practice techniques, and based on the results of a detailed initial assessment and subsequent reassessments of your condition. We treat all types of injuries including neurological and cardio respiratory disorders, and specialise in providing long-term solutions.
We welcome patients of all ages and abilities.
