We do implement mechanical devices and prescribe exercises however our fundamental tool is discussion with you and "hands-on" the problem until we deliver a result.
Our Physiotherapists are also all trained in ACUPUNCTURE which we find coupled with our "hands-on" style achieves excellent immediate results.

Our friendly clinic has a relaxed atmosphere with several rooms and is located in the Meriton Lighthouse Building directly above Woolies.
For ease finding us we have large "Dee Why Physiotherapy" Banners on Pittwater Road and at our entrance.
There is CONVENIENT PARKING directly underneath building in the Woolies carpark.
There are NO STEPS to negotiate and there is wheelchair access.
We also offer HICAPS for an immediate Health Fund Rebate.
Finally, our reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
