Many people find after attending classes regularly they no longer need treatment from their physio/chiro/osteo or may need less treatments.
Classes include a weekly education of aspects of how the musculoskeletal works and how to look after it, for e.g how to do daily task such as cleaning, how position yourself to exercise, how to sit at your desk etc.
We use Balls, Rollers, Balance equipment and weights.
Classes are great to recover from pregnancy, decrease pain or just feel better in your body.
Relaxation component to all classes to help you unwind from your daily life and you will learn relaxation techniques you can then practice at home.
